Garrison Bastille Development has the capacity to bid your next commercial job too.  Our focus is primarily equity partnerships involving Hispanic Nationals, Latin Americans and local doctors, lawyers and professionals.  We build several equity partnerships per year,  wherein the burden of ownership and the cost of construction is shared between the client and Garrison Bastille.  The equity positions are shared as well.  This not only assists the end user it also builds wealth for the customer and Garrison Bastille.  So-  instead of hiring us to build your office condo,  perhaps you could partner with us and build an extra 15,000 sq. ft. to lease or sell.

Also of note-  the architectural and engineering services associated with these projects can sometimes exceed 100k on a simple 1MM shell space or retail strip center.  That 100k  might pay for dirt work and a slab.  Something tangible.  Something usable.  Something saleable.  That is value engineering. That is why we staff our Intellectuals.
