The equity positions are shared as well. This not only assists the end user it also builds wealth for the customer and Garrison Bastille. So- instead of hiring us to build your office condo, perhaps you could partner with us and build an extra 15,000 sq. ft. to lease or sell.
Also of note- the architectural and engineering services associated with these projects can sometimes exceed 100k on a simple 1MM shell space or retail strip center.
